Vacationed with her husband in Sri Lanka in Unawatuna in November 2024. The trip started when we accidentally left our backpack at the airport while waiting for a transfer. And the backpack contained all our documents! We found out we were missing the moment we arrived at the hotel. And we drove two hours from the airport to him. Try to imagine how we feel. Panic and terror. All documents are lost! But this wonderful man told us not to worry, figured out where we left the backpack, called his colleagues or airport officials (I don't know exactly) and our backpack was found! What's more, he also brought it to us the next day for absolutely nothing! Our gratitude to this man knows no limits! I want to thank him again from the bottom of my heart! I recommend this transfer 100%
